Richards-Wilcox Office Products manufactures Times 2 Rotary Speed File cabinets, also known as X2 rotary files or X-2 rotary files as well as Times Two rotary Speed File cabinets.
Trying to fit a world of information into traditional filing systems is frustrating. That’s why Times-2 Speed Files were developed, a compact storage system that rotates for fast access from either side, and gives you double the depth for more multimedia storage.
The double depth design of Times Two Speed Files lets you store twice as much as traditional lateral filing cabinets.
The rotary design of Times Two Speed Files gives you fast and easy access from one or both sides of the unit.
You can connect cabinets of variable heights to use space that might be wasted, such as underneath windows.
A single 7-tier Times-2 Speed File gives you more filing capacity than three traditional lateral files, so you can store more information and save space.

Premium Lateral File Cabinets Measure A Generous 18"D And Store Large Items Such As 3-Ring Binders And 11" X 17" Computer Printout Binders.
Lateral file cabinets feature an extra large 13-5/16"H top opening; the remaining openings are 11-3/16"H for legal and letter file folders. These file storage units include quality features such as factory installed folder rails, smooth glide steel ball bearing suspensions and full width drawer pulls. Folder rails in each file drawer allow side-to-side filing; purchase Optional Front-to-Back Bars for front-to-back file storage for easy-to-read filing. The central locking system locks all drawers and the anti-tip feature allows only 1 drawer to be open at a time. Choose models with 2, 3, 4 or 5 drawers. 5 Drawer Cabinets have 2 extra large openings and the top door retracts completely. 2 Drawer Cabinets measure 27-1/8"H and fits under work surfaces. These file cabinets feature drawers that open and close easily with full extension cradle suspension. 25” models have 8 nylon rollers per drawer and the 26-1/2” models have 10 nylon rollers per drawer. High drawer sides eliminate the need for hang rails. The durable baked-on enamel over the phosphatizing primer rust-proofing treatment provides a long-lasting appearance.
