Refurbished Office Cubicles
Sixty percent of all Houston companies who contact us are looking for refurbished office cubicles. Refurbished systems are considerably less expensive than new cubicles. This makes them ideal for companies who suddenly find themselves facing a rapid burst of growth. Refurbished office cubicles look brand new, but they consist of repurposed work surfaces and partitions that have been used in previous systems. The system shown above is a very basic workstation array that was created by placing cubicle partitions around a series of U-shaped desks. Positioned in one corner of the room, it transformed an empty, open space into a vibrant production area.
Creating workstations like this requires strategic office space planning. At face value, very few people would have walked into this room and recognized the corner area as a prime location to install a series of workstations. Some companies would have looked for empty offices, or perhaps cleared out one of their storerooms, to house their new employees. Cubiture™ space planners, however, immediately spotted the value in the unused real estate. Careful analysis of the client’s workflow requirements, combined with the individual responsibilities of the new hires, led to the unique design of these refurbished office cubicles.
The partitions themselves are obviously very basic. Unlike many of the partitions we sell, these particular panels do not contain any glass. This is deliberate because the client wanted the cubicle system to be open from either side, but completely enclosed on either end. Because Cubiture™ owns its own fabrication plant, it is very easy for us to customize refurbished office cubicles to fit the exact requirements of a particular department, company, or even industry type. Notice how the desks provide each worker with a broad work surface, and how the seating provides employees with an exceptional level of comfort. While very basic in concept, this particular workstation array provided our client with an exceptional production space for cost that was well within the reach of their corporate budget.
